On behalf of Ip Man Tong Development Council, I would like to thank you all for your support to the fund raising for Ip Man Tong in Foshan.  Enclosed please find the correspondences between our Council and the Cultural Council of Foshan.  We have raised almost HK$1,000,000 as at the end of 31 August, 2001 and the first installment of HK$200,000 has already been transferred to Foshan.  But since the master development plan in Foshan has been changed which lead to the delay of the first phase of construction.  Now we are currently discussing the project with the Cultural Council of Foshan and will start the construction as soon as possible.
